Intelligent conditioning, supports 16 channels of analog thermocouple signal input, software configures thermocouple types (B, K, E, S, T, R, N), full-scale high accuracy;
Online self-calibration, automatic ambient temperature compensation and zero point and gain correction, no adjustment or maintenance required;
There is complete electrical isolation between the module and the system; the PhotoMos switch switches the scanning channel, and there is complete electrical isolation between channels to keep out external interference;
The module adopts low power consumption design and expands the temperature adaptability range;
Supports automatic compensation of thermocouple cold end, automatic identification of broken couple, and troubleshooting;
Equipped with a combined industrial terminal block, the cage, cage bottom plate, terminal board and connecting cables are eliminated to facilitate user use and maintenance;
It can have built-in input voting algorithm, input self-test and fault reporting mechanism, and can adopt multiple redundant combinations of single and dual redundancy, and configure redundancy solutions on a module-by-module basis;
