32-Channel Digital Input Module Features:
The system automatically identifies the module type and enables plug-and-play;
Photoelectric isolation is used between on-site signals and the system, with an isolation voltage of 1500V;
Channels are isolated from each other, and channel failure does not affect the normal operation of other channels;
The system power distribution adopts a +24V power supply that is independent of the system power supply to ensure complete isolation from the system power supply;
The module has its own over-current protection function. When the current input of the module is too large due to its own fault, it has a self-protection function. When the fault is eliminated, the module returns to normal operation;
Equipped with a combined industrial terminal block, the cage, cage bottom plate, terminal board and connecting cables are eliminated to facilitate user use and maintenance;
It can have built-in input voting algorithm, output voting algorithm, input/output self-test and fault reporting mechanism, and can adopt multiple redundant combinations of single and dual redundancy, and configure redundancy solutions on a module-by-module basis;
